I can't say enough about the professionalism and integrity of Fabricio Santos. My wife and I spent several days with Fabricio looking at properties throughout the areas surrounding Fortazleza. He arranged a meeting with the owner/builder of a project in Cumbuco and was able to help us negotiate pre-construction pricing with an additional cash discount. Fabricio is not only very knowledgeable regarding real estate opportunities in Northeast Brazil, he's a great individual and speaks fluent English -- among other languages. We will continue to retain Fabricio to represent us for all of our future real estate purchases in Brazil.

My time with Fabricio and Ednardo was fantastic. I was shown properties I never would have found otherwise, was introduced to some truly great people and learned more in an afternoon than I would have learned on my own in a month!

I absolutely love my properties. Thanks again guys for a truly great experience.
